Hi everyone,
I just wanted to say thank you for a great September. With all the changes we've had to endure over the last month (some of which you may not have noticed), I thought I'd share my appreciation for your flexibility and understanding. You've made the 2011-2012 Grade 8 transition a smooth one.
We have a busy week ahead of us, so I thought this might help:
Math - assessment on Wednesday (test)
Math - worksheet from today due tomorrow (Tuesday)
Visual Arts - Picasso Art due Friday
Visual Arts/Language - My Hero - please talk to your parents or guardians about your Hero project; the project is to be done in sections at school, however research can certainly be done at home; research is expected to be at school as of tomorrow (students have had a week to gather information).
Science - Cell sheet (green) was due on Friday and is now overdue
Gym - students are expected to have a change of clothes for gym every day (we sometimes gain an extra period, and at the moment, our schedule isn't set in stone)
